Mail-in code requests must be postmarked no later than 1/31/12 and received by 2/7/12.

1. Purchase a Participating Product: Codes can be found under the overwrap of specially marked packages of DANNON® Danimals® Smoothie, Crush Cup™, Double Crush Cup™, and Coolision® products, while supplies last. 
2. Get one free via Mail: To obtain a free code without making a purchase, on a 3”x5” card, hand-print your date of birth and valid email address (you may use gesptavoice@aol.com if you prefer), and mail it in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: DANNON® Danimals® Rally for Recess Free Code Request, P.O. Box 1941, Danbury, CT 06813-1941. Limit one (1) code request per stamped outer envelope. Please mail-in code requests by January 31, 2012 or return to GES and the PTA Operation Free Money Committee will mail the index cards for you. Codes will be sent to the email address listed on the request by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 2/8/12. ***Anyone over the age of 5 and younger than 15 years old can submit an index card. Plus Parents who have kids that are between the age of 5 and 15 years old can submit an index card. Each index card has to be mailed separately. For example a family with three members, Child between age of 5 and 15 yrs old and Parents or Legal Guardians will be able to obtain 3 free codes***.
3. Enter Code - access www.rallyforrecess.com where you’ll be prompted to create a username, password, and an answer to a security question for participation. NOTE: Registrants cannot use an email address, first name, last name, or other personally identifiable information in these fields. To locate our school, enter Goochland, VA where instructed to populate a list of schools. Select Goochland Elementary School.You will then be able to enter your 10-digit alpha numeric unique code.
4. You may also turn in your codes from purchases or via Mail to the Collection bin in the School Cafeteria and the GES PTA Operation Free Money Committee will enter. If you choose to use the gesptavoice@aol.com on the index card than we will also enter that code.
